Overview
We are recruiting for 2 experienced night shift maintenance electricians to work on a retail site in Manchester. This is a permanent position, paying £32 - £33k pa - 40 hours per week Monday - Thursday 10 hours per night working 10.00pm - 8.00am Our client is a national building services, FM and commercial maintenance company who are running a prestigious PPM and reactive maintenance contract across large scale retail facilities. They require a team of IPAF certified electricians to perform maintenance to the facility. Working times are night shifts, Monday to Thursday, 10.00pm-8.00am. Description: Duties will involve the maintenance of building services systems, lighting rigs, power distribution and hard wired kit, electrical plant and BMS etc. This will be organised via PPM schedules. Equally the engineers will be required to complete small works and refurbishment projects. The role will include working at heights therefore a valid IPAF/PASMA license will also be essential.
