Overview
Through a newly created role, A&F Chambers are recruiting for Finance Manager to join a well-established service provider in Billericay, Essex. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will be responsible for managing the day to day finance function of the business with the aim of delivering financial duties in a timely and accurate manner. Duties include but are not limited to: Reconciling bank accounts on a monthly basis Posting credit card receipts into Sage and matching up to the correct Sales Ledger entries Regular Aged Debt reporting Importing Sales data into Sage Overseeing the accounts department in the FD’s absence VAT return Maintaining the fixed asset register Assisting the FD with any other tasks as required Any other adhoc reporting as required Management of income and expenditure Prepare quarterly management accounts Communicate with the external accountants regularly Complete payroll Person Specification: Strong communication skills, both written & verbal Must be problem solver and able to come up with multiple solutions Able to work as part of a team or to own initiative IT Literate, with experience using SAGE Details: Monday to Friday, 9AM – 5PM Salary flexible depending on experience Permanent role Disclaimer: Due to the volume of applicants we receive, If you don’t hear back from us within 7 days you please be advised you have been unsuccessful at this time however we may reach out to you for opportunities in the future.
