Overview
Application Support Engineer - Fully remote working - £28K Are you currently looking for a more remote option? If' you're not the happiest when in the office or feel that you do your best work at home, then this role will be perfect for you. A software house are now looking for an Application Support Engineer in order to bridge the gap between their developers and customers, and help to fix any first time quick fixes. As the Application Support Engineer, you will be supporting the internal user base as well as external customers troubleshooting any issues that they may be encountering when using the companies bespoke software. Some of the area's that we would like to see in a potential candidate for this position are - Strong knowledge of SQL Previous application / software support experience Excellent customer service skills Ability to work under your own initiative Good troubleshooting skills and knowledge of different operating systems As the Application Support Engineer you will be joining a company that will completely train you on their software as well as the systems that they are using - they treat each employee like a grown up and although this is a remote position, the support on offer if second to none.
