Overview
A fantastic opportunity for a Credit Control candidate to join an established business on Pride Park on a temp - perm basis. Working with a small and friendly accounts function, the Credit Control position is an integral part of the team so this role will suit a team player with excellent communication skills and a willingness to play their part. Duties will include: Calling, emailing and posting letters and invoices to clients regarding outstanding balances on a daily basis. Liaising with clients, ensuring payment is made. Processing finance regularly for clients who need this support. Following debt recovery process, giving deadlines for payment, advising next steps Payment and account allocation daily Ensuring clients accounts are up to date General administration duties This role offers a fantastic working environment which is newly refurbished and offers plenty of parking.
