Production Manager

Production Manager: An ambitious Production Manager with experience of delivering against company targets, KPI's and working metrics in the manufacturing industry is required to join the leading UK designer, manufacturer and installer of high-end bespoke aluminium glasshouses and conservatories for high net worth individuals. The Production Manager will play a key role in the planning, coordination and control of manufacturing processes and resources. The ideal candidate will be ambitious, driven to excel, committed to developing their team and experienced in lean-thinking. The successful candidate will have experience in a production management/delivery role within an engineering/manufacturing sector in a low volume production environment. Knowledge of a variety of concepts such as Six Sigma would be highly beneficial. Skills & Experience: Proven leadership experience and ambition. We are looking for leaders who recognise they are responsible for the people in their charge; their wellbeing and their growth. Proven exposure to, and experience in, Lean Manufacturing. Proven ability to plan a project, deliver the project and ensure that the outcome is sustainable. Proven ability to schedule work and adhere to that schedule.
