Overview
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our rapidly growing innovative client who is based in Peterborough as a Production Supervisor. As the Production Supervisor you will oversee the daily operations of the packing department assisting the Production Manager where necessary. This is a fast paced varied role and the ideal applicant must be able to multi task to varying degrees. You will be expected to work Monday to Friday 7am to 4pm as a minimum but as always there will be times that you have to work outside of this. It is essential that you have previous experience in a Production Supervisor or Team Leader role. Main duties will include Organise the team and workload Organise and plan the week Respond and deal with any issues Check progress and schedules Organise overtime if necessary Carry out appraisals Handle disciplinary matters Health and Safety Organise Maintenance Attend daily and weekly meetings Carry Audits If you feel that you have the relevant experience and would like to join a company the recognises each and everyone of their employees please apply below.
