My client is renowned for their eccentric RTW collections, signature fine jewellery pieces and finely crafted leather goods & accessories. Originating from America, they have gained a strong celebrity following and global presence in our industry. If you are fashion savvy, trend focused and want to elevate your skill set within a luxury brand, this could be the ideal role for you Requirements of the Role: - Have 1 years' experience within retail - Previous supervisory experience - Exposure to leading a team and driving sales - Be able to lead by example to team members - Passionate about fashion and strong trend awareness - Must be located in Manchester Key Responsibilities: - Offering clients outstanding customer service - Leading by example to team members - Driving sales having a strong commercial awareness - Working towards achieving store targets and personal KPI's - Driving CRM and building strong relationships with clients - Reporting into the store manager and supporting with responsibilities in their absence - Supporting with BOH duties What you get in Return: - Fantastic salary of up to £25,000 accompanied by a competitive commission structure - Incredible Uniform allowance and staff discount - The chance to represent a Leading Brand in the Industry.
