The organisation is embarking on a number of business & digital transformation programmes, which will require extensive change to the technology landscape . This Customer Solutions Architect role offers the opportunity to be at the forefront of shaping and driving customer-centric change, within an enterprise-scale environment. The Role The Customer Solutions Architect will own the applications roadmap across different functional areas and will play a pivotal role in driving customer-centric thinking. Given that this role sits within a central Solutions Architecture team, this role may lead future technology landscape design across multiple functional areas, most notably Digital, Retail, Supply Chain & Logistics, BI & Analytics, and Finance applications . Longer-term there is scope to progress into a cross-functional, Enterprise Architecture, IT Management or Programme/ Portfolio Management role. This is a critical appointment within the organisation and requires a visionary change agent . The Customer Solutions Architect will need to navigate a highly complex enterprise group environment , consisting of multiple businesses globally . The Customer Solutions Architect will have the desired autonomy to shape the future application landscape and will be expected to mobilise the wider business through this long-term, customer-centric transformational journey. To be Successful in this role, you will have: Extensive Solutions Architecture experience , gained within Retail, FMCG or allied industry sector , with demonstrable experience of owning 1-3-year roadmap definition Experience of operating at enterprise-scale and designing complex, multi-technology application ecosystems, which help embed customer-centric thinking Breadth of technology exposure across multiple business functions, with exposure to mobilising cloud transformation Exceptional business engagement capabilities, with the demonstrable ability to act as an evangelist and mobilise business change Proven partner management experience, with experience of managing multiple external partners in parallel If you have the skills, experience and drive to be successful in this challenging role, please forward your CV ASAP using the ‘Apply’ button.
