Engineering Supervisor- Client Direct A fantastic opportunity has become available to work for one of the UK’s leading properties companies to work on one of the most prestigious office buildings in the Canary Wharf area. On offer is an opportunity to work for an industry leader on with a fantastic package of £49,000 Bonus, Healthcare, Gym etc My client is currently looking for an established supervisor who can demonstrate good leadership qualities as well as some strong technical knowledge. You will be looking after a team of 6 and be responsible for all electrical and mechanical building maintenance work across this high end commercial office building. This is a Monday to Friday role, 8am-5pm You will be responsible for managing the workload that could include: Electrical fault finding, mechanical maintenance, single and three phase power, motors, emergency lighting testing, BMS, plumbing, heat exchangers, water treatment, AHU's, pumps, FCU's, VAV's, VRV's, splits and general air conditioning. You Will also being quoting for works ,conducting tool box talks, client meetings amongst other things.
