OEM Project Automation Engineer

OEM Project Automation Engineer | Contract | Pharmaceutical Ireland, Dublin Position for a Senior OEM Automation Engineer to work client side on a long-term contract assignment, providing lead automation expertise across a handful of large investment and upgrade projects. This is the ideal role for an Automation Engineer who has a strong background in Siemens PLCs, HMIs and Historian Software. The client are a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organisation who are currently investing heavily across the site, the projects include upgrade and maintenance projects as well as a high value greenfield project within the facility. As ENG Bauen continue to support clients across the UK and mainland Europe this is a fantastic opportunity for an Automation Engineer to step into a long-term contract position with a client investing heavily in improvement and upgrade projects. The position: Client side - Pharmaceutical Plant Long term contract position To work with vendors of OEM equipment to ensure deliverables achieve project requirements, including the integration of new equipment with existing site systems, including Pi Historian and MES Working with the Quality Assurance function and to ensure their requirements are met in all deliverables. Hardware and Software FAT’s and SAT’s. The ideal applicant for the role: Experienced Automation Engineer with over 3 years industry experience in the Biotech / BioPharma / Pharmaceutical industries.
