Excellent Junior Sous Role in Country Inn - Immediate Start Available A Fantastic opportunity had arisen at our client based in near Warwick for a Junior Sous Chef to work in their busy dining pub. The property serves all fresh food to rosette level each service to large numbers of guests. The Head Chef is looking for a talented Sous Chef with a calm personality who can assist in leading the team during a busy service. The Role Reporting to the Head Chef you will be assisted by junior chefs Working in the Rosette standard kitchen using fresh and seasonal ingredients Preparing and plating meals to large numbers of guests Mix of Straights & Shifts The Person You will already be a CDP or Junior Sous Chef Able to work unsupervised and have strong management skills Have experience of working in a busy hotel, pub or restaurant Good attention to detail Salary & Benefits Salary to £23k tips Meals & Uniform 28 days holiday Training and development within the company Application.
