Overview

We are very excited to be partnering with an international drinks business based in West London on a Customer Demand Planner role to join their growing supply chain team. It is a very exciting time to join the company and as this role is newly created, there will be incredible opportunities for making an impact and getting really involved in driving improvements to processes, taking ownership and being part of a massive change. As a customer demand planner, you will become the face of the company for your set of customers, and work towards driving improvements to service levels and forecast accuracy. Key responsibilities: Build collaborative relationships with key customers and support cross-functional internal and external teams. Take ownership of the end to end customer experience. Create collaborative forecasts and plan for NPD, Promotions and Range Reviews. Prepare summary reports, highlighting major risks and opportunities. About you: 2 years of experience in a similar role within the FMCG environment. Experience interacting and dealing with customers. Strong analytical and Excel skills.
