Overview
Prospero Health and Social Care are looking for Agency Support Workers to work in a specialist inpatient service for men diagnosed with learning disabilities and older adults with mental health problems. Our client strives to improve the quality of treatment for the individuals in their care, they aim to always use a person centered approach and to keep high standards with their employees and approaches to work and care. Agency day-to-day work Variety of shifts available Potential to become permanent About the role: Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach Provide guidance and encouragement through emotional and physical support Assist with medical & welfare needs and report as required Keep care records up to date in line with requirements and best practice. About the ideal Children's Support Worker: Resilient, caring and emphatic with a focus on achieving a high level of quality service. Minimum of 2 references to cover a period of 2 years.
