Permanent Position - 134/183 Support Worker Learning Disabilities Supported Living Dorchester area Small, Supported Living setting for vulnerable young adults and adults Location: Dorchester area Salary: £8.77 p/h Sleep ins: £72 per nights Up to 33 days of annual leave / year & lots more benefits Days Shifts Full and Part time and occasional hours available Flexible Shift Patterns (half day shifts or long shifts) The Role- Support worker in the Dorchester area Encouraging service users to live their lives independently as mush as possible Assisting with all aspects of hands on care, when necessary Providing companionship to service users, escorting on daily outings and trips The Candidate- Support worker Previous experience gained in care field is desirable, but not essential, as full training is provided and also paid for. You have to be caring, kind and a good team player As a Support Worker you will be a part of a well played and friendly team.
