Overview

Stock Control Administrator Cradley Heath (TEMPORARY) Temporary 6-month contract with potential for extension We are looking for a detail-oriented, hard-working inventory clerk with office experience and excellent math's and communication skills to join one of our very well-established logistics/distribution companies. Your responsibilities would include maintaining inventory records, preparing balance/shortages reports and investigating any discrepancies. Successful applicants will have exceptional analytical skills, as well as written and verbal communication skills. Ideal candidates will also have warehouse or office experience plus a working knowledge of SAP and Excel. Inventory Clerk Responsibilities: Maintain and updating stock records from all satellite warehouses. Report and investigate stock discrepancies and liaise with individual warehouses to resolve issues. Report and investigate missed invoices and bookings. Develop and improve inventory management procedures. Compile balance, price and cost reports. Work as part of a team. Inventory Clerk Requirements: Basic Sap R3 skills Microsoft office applications especially outlook and Excel 2 years' experience in inventory control. Excellent math and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work extended hours.
