Overview

An overseas bank wishes to recruit banking services clerk on permanent basis. The right candidate must be fluent in both written and spoken Mandarin and English languages. Furthermore they will have experience and knowledge within retail banking services. The responsibilities include dealing with deposits, remittances, and customer inquiries. The main duties include: Expand the business with new products and services. Increase the number of customers using debit card and online banking. Process the opening and closing of personal and business flexible accounts and fixed deposits accounts. Handle cash deposit and withdrawals and undertake cash count daily while keeping the cash safe. Process inwards and outwards remittance transactions. In charge f processing cashier order/demand draft. Process Bureau de Change, debit card and internet banking. Handle customer inquiries and complaints. Other ad hoc duties. Experience and Skills required for this role: Fluent in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken). Good Microsoft office skills. Knowledge on retail products. Experience working in banking environment within customer services. Great team player, organisational and good interpersonal skills.
