Overview

FinOps Manager FinTech scale-up £50/60K bonus Talentedge are proud to be partnering with one of the fastest-growing B2B2C FinTech companies in the UK who have seen YoY revenue growth of 50% since inception and have aggressive expansion plans to double their team in 2020. As Finance and Operations Manager, you will report directly into the VP of Treasury to provide support to the payments & client services team whilst stepping into the VP role in their absence. Key responsibilities Ensuring accurate and efficient treasury management across all group entities Oversight of the payments and operations team, approving daily inputs Building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders to ensure the smooth running of BAU Management of all transaction through SWIFT Execution of all FX trading to cover liquidity Management and development of junior team members Ad-hoc project work with the wider finance team Profile Knowledge of SWIFT payments Experience working within Financial Services and Payments industry Team player with strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work with tight deadlines and high volume transactions Strong management skills with proven ability to manage large teams
