Office Administrator Daventry Permanent £18,000-£19,500 per annum An excellent opportunity has arisen to join an existing team, as an Office Administrator in Daventry, to provide administrative support to all company departments as required.You will play a key part in a small,busy, family orientated business. We are looking for an individual with excellent people skills who can multi-task and be a real team player with a proactive, positive approach. The Role; Assisting the Office Manager with day to day duties within the running of the office. Progressing deliveries with Clients /Suppliers. Raising purchase orders /Inputting purchase invoices. After sales - dealing with client warranties/maintenance calls. Assisting in the preparation of contract paperwork. Ad-hoc reception duties-internal and external communications. You must be able to work within tight deadlines and work outside of normal working hours to meet deadlines whereas required. Essential Qualities for the Role; IT literate, including a good working knowledge of MS office(Word,Excel and Outlook). Strong numeracy skills. Good attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to prioritise and work within a busy and demanding environment. Previous experience in Sage 50 accounts would be a desirable but not essential quality.
