Overview
Are you available immediately to start a new role? Do you have exceptional customer service skills with a history or a telephone based role? We are currently recruiting for a new temporary role as service . Please note however this will be a customer service based role first and foremost. Your role will consist of the following – • Fully telephone based and speaking to internal staff & stakeholders with their initial query. • Taking down full details of issue and logging on the internal system. • Always giving great customer service to the caller. • Efficiently writing up the report and logging on system. • Any other ad hoc administration required. This role will require someone mainly from a telephone / customer service based background who is used to dealing with multiple calls and happy to travel to different sites on occasions. This is a temporary role for up to 6 months with a possibility of a permanent placement Hours of work are either – 9.30am - 17.30pm Monday to Friday. £8.51ph-£9.04 plus holiday pay.
