We Urgently require a Manual Machinist ideally who is apprenticed trained to join our client based in the Sheffield area This is a 19 week Temp to Perm position offering a competitive salary after the initial trial period £14 to £15 per hour dependant on experience plus overtime Job Description Manual machining various materials ie Steel, Plastics, Brass and Plastics Turning Milling Reading Engineering drawings Keeping work station hazardous free and clean at all times Basic house keeping duties To comply with company Health and Safety at work conditions and procedures Machining various products ie various engineering Some basic lifting duties Person Specification Good communication skills Team Player Minimum 2 to 5 years experience Ideally Apprenticed trained but not essential Career minded as there are opportunities for advancement Happy to work in a dusty noisy engineering environment Hours of work Monday to Friday 0730m to 4.30pm Company Benefits Once the company take you on full time the following benefits will be offered in your employment contract: Piece work after training with earnings up to £20 per hour Free parking Pension enrolment Competitive Salary Please send Cv as soon as possible to paul.baldersonvenatu or call At The Venatu Recruitment Group your right to privacy is important to us.
