Payroll Administrator (Accountancy Practice) Stevenage Full-time, Permanent £25,000 - £28,000 a year Are you an experienced Payroll Administrator from a Bureau background? Are you keen to be part of a growing Payroll team? A confident Payroll Administrator is required for a reputable accountancy firm based in Stevenage Old Town. You will ideally have excellent knowledge of Sage Payroll or a similar software and have excellent attention to detail. The role requires someone who is confident in working to challenging deadlines and with the confidence to review client payroll figures and identify areas that may need investigation. Candidates will also need to support clients who will often require assistance with Payroll software queries. The role will include the following: The management and processing of a portfolio of monthly and weekly payrolls Creation of new client payrolls and PAYE schemes Dealing with pension auto enrolment schemes Preparation of payroll journals Reconciliation and payment of client monthly P32 and CIS submissions The company offers a competitive salary with benefits, study support, company pension scheme, flexi time, free parking and a central Stevenage location.
