Care Worker Margate, Kent £8.21 Per Hour Our client based in Margate is currently looking to recruit Care Workers to join their team on a temporary - permanent basis. As the Night Care Worker, you will be working 8am - 8pm OR 8am - 2pm / 2pm - 8pm on a full-time basis for an hourly rate of £8.21 per hour. As the Night Care Worker, you will… To include support of personal care, administering medication and maintaining records. Enable residents to achieve their maximum potential through mobility. This may include assistance with transferring to and from toilets, commodes, beds, wheelchairs etc. To understand the needs of a build excellent relationships with the people who live at the home. To assist in keeping the home clean and tidy. To participate in the development and running of activity programmes. Personal Specification: You must be a kind, caring, honest and hardworking individual. You must be passionate about caring for people and understanding individual's needs. Experience of residential/supported living is beneficial. Experience within a similar role is beneficial.
