Sales Administrator/Order Processor/Sales Coordinator Location: Lightwater Salary: £22,000 Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm Are you extremely customer focussed? Are you organised with a great attention to detail? If so, our client based in Lightwater is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their small friendly team and this could be the perfect role for you. You will be working closely with customers throughout the sales process, building relationships, handling queries and generating revenue for the company. Duties: Dealing with enquiries by telephone or email Preparing quotations Liaising between the customer and supplier to arrange deliveries Processing customer orders with excellent attention to detail Raising invoices Tracking orders and keeping customers updated Resolving any issues that arise Building and maintaining strong customer relationships and providing excellent customer service Providing detailed information on products Person Specification: At least one year’s customer service experience Good customer service skills Strong organisational skills Able to build relationships Good communication skills Attention to detail and able to multi-task Team player
