HR Analyst

HR Analyst - Reading - 12 Month Contract - £35p/h (Inside IR35) ARM have an exciting opportunity for an HR Analyst to join one of our clients in Reading on a 12 Month Contract. This position will be working alongside the IT Project Manager to support implementing the HR Portal. Therefore we are looking for someone that is experience in HR and has previously supported with the design and development of HR portals. Responsibilities: Design the new HR portal in line with HR service delivery model and customer channels Design and develop HR knowledge management for both HR and the business Design and develop the new HR ticketing tool Work alongside our supplier and implement the HR portal, knowledge management and Ticketing across the business Requirements: ServiceNow skills are essential and experience in implementing ServiceNow is essential HR ticketing toolsHR portals HR service delivery models HR entry channels Desired experience in Tools: Neocase, Workday Customer Services and channel entry so understand the purpose of the project Worked on projects and deliverables previously so understand the pace and demands Understanding of typical project activities such as user guides, training, comms This vacancy is being advertised by Advanced Resource Managers.
