Residential Conveyancer | Home Working Position | Flexible Hours A fantastic opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer to work from the comfort of their own home for an award winning, modern firm with multiple offices across the UK. This role is perfect if you are looking for a better work life balance but still working within a supportive capacity. ROLE In the role you will support a team of residential conveyancers in handling their property files. You will work with a varied caseload of quality matters with the full support of a team of experienced conveyancing assistants. You will be a Technical specialist, given advice on complex legal matters. REQUIREMENTS You will be an experienced residential conveyancer either a solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or Paralegal who is confident to hit the ground running with a varied caseload and with minimal supervision. You will be required to have at least 2 years' previous experience include handling matters such as: sales and purchases, freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property, new build and shared ownership.
