Overview
The Firm: This established firm of solicitors that deal with Clinical Negligence, Personal Injury and RTA claims are looking to recruit a Litigation paralegal for their Halifiax office. The Role: you will be responsible for managing and supporting all aspects of case preparation and management from commencement of proceedings through to final hearing, ensuring strict adherence to legal deadlines. You will manage your own caseload of RTA and Personal Injury files. Requirements: Previous litigation experience within RTA and personal injury is essential. Previous Costs experience or knowledge is desirable also. Salary: The salary on offer is £20,000 - £30,000 dependant on experience.
