Securitisation Lawyer
Overview
Job description: European investment bank is looking for a Securitisation Lawyer on an initial 12 month contract commencing ASAP. This position is offered as a day rate contract, PAYE or Umbrella only. Working in a busy team you will be responsible for: Providing legal structuring advice for new, bespoke products (in the form of securities) Monitoring and assessing legal, regulatory and reputational risk Advising on regulatory developments a including MiFID II, PRIIPS, BMR, PD/PR, etc Coordinating on-going jurisdictional due diligence for securities sales and distribution Preparation of programme securities issuance documentation (EMTNs, Notes, Warrants or Certificates as well as third-party MTNs and SPV Issuers). Ensuring that all advice and documentation is of a high quality Working collaboratively with other team members to manage workload To be considered for this role you will be 4 years PQE as a guide with experience gained in-house or with a reputable law firm in a similar role. You will be able to demonstrate a high level of technical knowledge coupled with the ability to work effectively in a busy team environment.
