Dispute Resolution Solicitor

This leading York-based law firm is looking to add a 5-10 years' PQE solicitor to its Dispute Resolution Department. There will be an existing caseload for you to manage which will include a number of different types of files, however, the main focus of your work will be on property litigation files. The team is made up of an assistant, solicitor apprentice, an NQ solicitor and the Partner of the department. Due to the international clients this firm services, the Partner of the team is often away from the office, so as well as your own caseload you will be responsible for supporting the team and, in particular, the NQ solicitor. You will provide a caring and quality service to both your own and the firm's clients, offering stand out advice, solutions and remedies in each case file to make sure you work towards and hit the targets set by the firm. To be successful in this role, you will need: 5-10 years' PQE sound knowledge of all usual dispute resolution areas in particular property litigation proven track record of business development and meeting clients face-to-face confident communication skills with clients and potential clients ability to manage own workflows and meet and exceed deadlines and targets Interested?
