Overview

I am working on behalf of a reputable domiciliary care provider that requires a Registered Branch Manager for their new branch in the Dagenham area. The Company: The client is a small domiciliary care company with in the Dagenham area. The client offer support to the elderly and disabled in their own homes. They are currently leading the field with their brilliant customer service and they believe that each customer is unique, with their own individual preferences and needs. The Branch/The role: This is a new branch which is looking to hit the ground running and rapidly grow. They are looking to increase the hours delivered quickly but not at the detriment of the quality of care. The branch will focus on privately funded clients. You will also be responsible for maintaining good levels of training & staff development, ensuring high levels of compliance are achieved, overseeing the promotion and marketing of the branches services and ensuring budgetary control amongst other duties. This role is a full-time role. The Person: You will be a strong & experienced individual within the domiciliary sector. You will have excellent business sense, with the ability to take the branch to the next level and a desire to work to high standards. You will be a resilient individual with excellent leadership qualities and be able to develop your team in a competitive area.
