Caregiver & Companion

We are seeking CAREGivers & Companions who live in the Swanley, Orpington, Shoreham, West Kingsdown, Borough Green, Halstead, Knockholt, Sidcup, New Ash Green, Petts Wood, Meopham, South Darenth, Eynsford, Farningham, Longfield, Sevenoaks, Dartford and surrounding areas of Kent. This is a part-time job and you will need to be a car driver with access to your own car. You will also be in commuting distances to the areas above. What would I be doing? By becoming a CAREGiver & Companion you will find that every day is different, you will be helping an older person in your local community not only combat loneliness and isolation, but also help them stay safe and independent during these uncertain time. Everyone’s needs differ, some of our clients are more independent than others, you will be matched to an older adult in your local area needing support. This could vary from helping them to get up, washed/showered, dressed, have breakfast to preparing a meal or getting their shopping for them. To be a fantastic CAREGiver & Companion, you need to be: Caring, compassionate and patient. Have a great, positive personality and want to make a difference to peoples’ lives. Able to commit to regular hours. Looking for a part-time job where you can make a difference. Available for either early mornings, lunchtimes, evenings and/or weekends. Who would I be working for? This exceptional service is different to any other care organisation in the area, providing a minimum of 1-hour home visits to a purely private client base. The Owner was grown up with values that you should show respect and be caring towards older people. This is also something that she has taught her own children too.
