Overview
As an Service Delivery Team Leader, your role will be to lead and manage a Service Delivery team to optimise performance, ensure continuous improvement and develop and coach the team to achieve their targets. In this position you will w ork with the team and individuals to ensure performance objectives are achieved or exceeded. Also, you will d eliver performance management across the team and facilitate effective and meaningful performance reviews, discipline, learning and development and other personnel matters. You will mai ntain productive and proactive relationships with internal and external contacts to enable analysis of departmental performance, recognition of business influences You will w ork with stakeholders to ensure strategic and operational requirements of Customers are understood and delivered through the team. About you Caring about customers, selling and using your great communication skills will make you a standout candidate for the role.You will: · be organised and efficient with experience of operating with highly confidential and sensitive information with tact and diplomacy, and with excellent attention to detail.
