Overview

We our currently recruiting for reliable support workers who are experienced in working night shifts to be based in either of our popular client services in Eastbourne , this service specialises in supporting young individuals aged 16 - 25 who are at risk of homelessness. During a typical night shift you would be expected to complete certain duties such like keeping a general eye on the building, ensuring you're keeping a watch out via the CCTV which will be accessible for you. You would predominatly be based in the office where you will be expected to keep a log book up to date, ensuring any occurrences or important information is documented clearly for the next member of staff. You would be provided with a thorough handover on your first shift where you cover security (as this is a lone working role), fire safety, client checks and any other information staff feel required. Whilst you're working here you would be expected to promote the services holistic support packages and actively encourage the residents into education, training, employment or voluntary work. The ideal individual would be confident in lone working night shifts, non-judgmental, resilient and diverse in their beliefs.
