Care Coordinator - Lee / Lewisham Eleanor Home Care is part of the independent Eleanor Healthcare Group of Companies, which has been providing high-quality care and health services for 40 years. We currently deliver over 1 million hours of care each year. We currently have a great opportunity for a Care Coordinator to work in our Head Office coordinating for our operations in the Lewisham area. As the first point of contact for Carers, the Care Coordinator is responsible for the administration and coordination of care services through the creation and implementation of care rosters to maintain continuity of home care services ensuring operations run smoothly and efficiently Job Type / Category Responsible for the administration and coordination of care services Implementation of care rosters Ensuring operations and services run smoothly and efficiently allocating suitable Care Workers to client calls Ensuring Care Workers provide the quality of care that meets the standards determined by the company Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements building a good rapport with customers and staff to ensure high-quality service delivery Effectively and confidentially managing data and information Accurately maintaining client records· Ensuring staff rosters are complete on staff management system Supporting Branch Manager and assisting with day to day running of the branch Required Education, Skills and Qualifications Minimum 1-year experience in Domiciliary Care Coordination Excellent communication skills; listening, verbal and written Great team player Excellent customer service skills Flexible and adaptable Effective organisational and multi-tasking skills Awareness of key business principles Excellent IT skills Ability to work under pressure Full UK Driving Licence and vehicle Familiarity with CM2000 or Staff Plan software Benefits Opportunities for Promotions· Incentives and Awards· Competitive rates of pay according to your Performance This job was originally posted as www.totaljobs.com/job/89935771
