If you’re looking for a challenging and rewarding nursing role and want to develop your clinical skills in an environment where no two days are the same, then this could be the new job for you My client is looking for an experiences RMN to join their team, this is a 22 bed adult age nursing home providing an open-rehabilitation, complex care service to individuals with enduring mental health needs. This home covers a variety of different diagnosis, Learning Disabilities, Substance Misuse and Personality Disorder, to name a few. So you would have to be comfortable with a variety of different residents. Nurse Responsibilities Assess resident’s health and well-being across a complex and changing caseload Assist in the delivery of care to meet individual’s health and well-being needs Provide and receive complex, sensitive or contentious information Develop your knowledge and skills as an RMN and those of others Promote best practice as a Registered Nurse Assist in maintaining and developing robust and compliant services Contribute to quality improvement Promote people’s equality, diversity and rights Work autonomously with minimum supervision Apply clinical reasoning skills to a range of complex and varied scenarios.
