The Registered Nurse candidate in Worthing will work in our client's care home. Reporting to the Home Manager, you will be responsible for supervision of your key worker team. The successful candidate will be a passionate and collaborative Registered Nurse, able to work flexible hours. Your salary will be in line with standard nursing pay scales and you can expect to earn a starting salary of £35,921, Your nursing role requirements: ? Nursing Qualification and current NMC PIN number ? Satisfactory DBS check ? Approved First Aid certificate ? Experience of working in a care home environment and non-hospital setting ? Previous experience as a mental health nurse, working in dementia care As a registered care manager you will comply with standards of professional practice, and conduct and maintain valid registration with the NMC. You will need to demonstrate all necessary skills and competencies in providing excellent care, with particular emphasis on understanding the needs of elderly people. Your RGN Duties ? Assess, plan, implement and evaluate care of residents using evidence-based practice ? Ensure a high standard of nursing care, taking charge of the Home in the absence of the Manager ? Be responsible for the day to day nursing care of residents, delegating roles to care staff as appropriate ? Anticipate resident and service user needs whenever possible to enhance the quality of service ?
