You will take responsibility for advising on all aspects of corporate governance and policy, lodging required forms and returns with Companies House as well as organising and preparing agendas and papers for board meetings. THE CANDIDATE: The successful Assistant Company Secretary will have held a similar role for a minimum of 10 years.
