Herts Good Care is a non-profit company, supporting adult care providers across Hertfordshire to fill their permanent positions. We are currently working with At Home Support Services to find a Care Assistant to join their team. Job Shift: Days, Evenings and Weekends Location: Sawbridgeworth Type of Provider: Home Care (Domiciliary) Assisting older adults living with Dementia, End Of Life, Learning Disability Salary: £8.50 Per Hour Hours of Work: 30 hours Driving Required: Yes Contract Type: Full Time Contract About the company We are a growing domiciliary care agency based in East Hertfordshire. What does the role of Care Assistant involve? As one of our carers, you would be responsible for:- Assisting with personal care needs (washing/ showering/ continence care) Preparation of meals Administering medication Light household duties- laundry, cleaning etc Shopping Providing a sitting service What makes the perfect Care Assistant? We are looking for driving carers who hold a full clean licence.
