Despite the unprecedented conditions, many engineering manufacturers are working as near normal as possible, they need to as manufacturing is crucial to the economy: This company has a large order book and needs an additional machinist on their nightshift. They are looking for an experienced machinist who can set up and operate a manual Horizontal Borer to produce high quality components in small batches and 1 offs, this M/C is crucial in feeding the assembly shop so this permanent position is very urgent. If you are an "Old School" machinist then this is right up your street. Machinist/Borer/Horizontal Borer/Manual Machining/Engineering/Machine Shop You will be either Apprentice-trained or have many years' experience of manual machining Able to setup accurately using datums, DTI etc. Able to read complex machining drawings Able to use all standard measuring instruments Happy working Monday to Thursday nights only (37 hours) Machinist/Borer/Horizontal Borer/Manual Machining/Engineering/Machine Shop Please APPLY NOW if you fulfill the above criteria.
