Healthcare Assistant (HCA)

Use your experience of caring for elderly residents to bring light to the days of elderly patients with general and EMI care needs. Our home is situated close to trains and busses in a quiet area of Penarth. Shift patterns range from 08.00-20.00 or 20.00-08.00 for nights and you will be set up with accredited training, free of charge, to make sure you are well equipped to care for your residents. With pay rates of up to £132 per shift and double time for any public holidays, what are you waiting for? Administering medicine. Deliver a professional service that meets physical and mental needs to elderly residents. You will have at least 6 months to a years experience of working within a setting caring for the elderly. You must also have A valid DBS NVQ Level 2 Health and Social care Manual handling and Basic Life Support / First Aid training Experience in a health and social care role with a flexible approach to working hours A good understanding of each resident's individual needs and requirements.
