Up to £40,000 p/a | 35 Hour Contract – Days | Large Nursing Home – Good CQC | RGN/RMN/RNLD Considered A 60 bedded private care home in Bristol currently requires an experienced RGN , RMN or NRLD Registered Nurse to work as Deputy Manager. The fully CQC compliant home offers elderly, dementia and disability nursing care packages to adults from throughout the local area. Details of this Nurse Deputy Manager position and what the home is offering: A full-time, permanent contract of 35 hours per week, working flexible day shifts A fantastic salary of up to £40,000 depending on experience A friendly and supportive working environment and ongoing learning and development opportunities As Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in all aspects of the day to day running of the home and will lead the home in their absence. You will be responsible for managing and monitoring the planning and delivery of care and will ensure care plans and medication records are correctly updated, undertaking regular clinical audits and supervisions. Applicants for this Nurse Deputy Manager position should meet the following criteria: NMC Registered Nurse – Adult/RGN, Mental Health/RMN or Learning Disabilities/RNLD Experienced in a managerial or supervisory capacity in a clinical setting, ideally within the elderly care sector Demonstrate proven elderly and dementia care experience Confident leading, developing and motivating a team of Nurses and HCAs Demonstrate good working knowledge of CQC essential standards To apply for this post, or for further details, please follow the link below.
