Overview
Service Care Health are looking for a Band 5 or 6 Occupational Therapist to work for Knowsley Intermediate Care and Frailty Team for North West Boroughs NHS Foundation Trust. The pay rate for this role is £19 - £25 p/h (ltd), depending on experience. The role is for a minimum period of 4 months, with a view to it being extended/made permanent for the right candidate. You will be working on the Intermediate Care Rehabilitation Team within the bed based unit, completing frailty community assessments, hospital based intermediate care assessments and discharge planning. The role is full time 37.5 hours per week. The trust requires somebody to start as soon as possible - so the role is on a first come, first serve basis.
