Overview
Bionical Solutions are seeking clinically capable Registered Homecare Nurses to work within patient's homes across the community on specialist IV (intravenous) patient training and enteral/parenteral nutrition services. As a Bionical registered nurse you'll be providing safe nursing care and be trained to facilitate a range of services for patients referred from the NHS and into our care. This role would ideally suit a nurse with experience of working within the NHS in a community environment. Previous experience in these areas is not required as training in IV infusions, training and enteral/parenteral nutrition will be provided. What will you be doing? -Offering a patient focused approach and tailoring to patients' individual needs -Supporting patients that are receiving intravenously delivered medications -Empowering patients to manage their own care through coaching and training -Supporting patients who are receiving both enteral and parenteral nutrition -Priding yourself on offering safe nursing care -Building long lasting patients with patients and NHS stakeholders -Escalating patient concerns to NHS and regional management -Working within NMC code -Completion of Bionical training -Completion of required documentation What experience do you need? -Registered Nurse -Awareness of NHS practices and NHS lines of communication -Experience in cannulation, phlebotomy and catheterisation (desirable) -Experience in working in the community (desirable) -Working in a regulated environment If you put patients first in everything you do and want to make a positive difference to people, then we'd love to hear from you.
