Staff Nurse - Nursing Home ( RGN or RMN or RNLD ) Location: Taunton, Somerset Position: Staff Nurse Care Categories: Convalescent and Palliative care Salary: £15.75 per hour £29,400 per annum based on 36 hours Hours: Full time OR Part time Shifts: Days or Nights Contract type: Permanent Average rating 9.8/10 on carehome.co.uk U nique award-winning training Pay Rate is equivalent to NHS Band 6 & 7 - plus additional benefits Further Details: Are you highly motivated nurse either newly qualified or experienced Staff Nurse, RN, adult nurse RGN, mental health nurse RMN, learning disability nurse RNLD to work within this service located within a residential area of Taunton, Somerset and is well known for offering residential and nursing care - including trial stays, short stay, convalescent care, long-term care and palliative care. Staff morale at the service in Taunton, Somerset is very high and we are looking for a great team player who can join this already flourishing team, The Manager can accommodate both part-time and full-time hours. They can be flexible regarding shift pattern, so you will be able to choose permanent day shifts or permanent night shifts or a mixture of both if you prefer. Meet the Home Manager: The manager is a qualified RMN with over 17 years' experience in forensic nursing and healthcare. Her role as the home manager is to provide effective leadership in the home, protecting the safety and rights of the residents. She is also there to support the Care Team, making sure they have access to the training and development opportunities they need to deliver the best standards of care possible. All candidates must have a valid NMC Pin and full eligibility to live and work in the UK. Experience of working with learning disabilities and/or physical disabilities is strongly desirable, although we are happy to consider applications from newly-qualified Staff nurses.
