Overview
Preceptorship Nurse - Mental Health Nurse Our client is a Hospital based in Stevenage who offers a range of secure mental health services for men and women. A range of therapies supports the care pathway towards independent living. We offer medium and low secure wards for men and women and also an acute service for men and women detained under the mental health act. You will receive an excellent starting salary which includes a competitive basic salary plus £4000 registered nurse allowance plus £2000 when you complete your preceptorship. Other benefits include, contributory pension, 50% NMC registration, paid meals and much more. There is also a relocation package available Your programme includes: Support from Cygnet's Preceptorship Development Manager Minimum two shifts per week working with your nominated preceptor Preceptee supernumery 1st week on ward Monthly CPD Days off the ward (specialist and general) Clinical supervision, minimum 1 session per month Managerial supervision, minimum 1 session per month We are working in partnership with our clients and manage the recruitment for this position.
