Overview

Domus have a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated Deputy Manager to join a highly reputable health and social care provider. This is an exciting opportunity to really make a difference to the quality of the support they provide. This organisation provide specialist residential care for people with a learning disability and/or mental health needs. They are paying £26,500 for the successful candidate, rising to £27,500 upon successful completion of probation. Key Responsibilities Assisting and supporting the Registered Manager in ensuring all aspects of the home and service is maintained to the highest industry standards. Supervising staff and taking overall responsibility for monitoring care plans, ensuring Service user needs and wishes are acted upon. The Ideal Candidate Will have experience at Deputy Manager currently/previously, ideally within the learning disabilities sector. Experience in the management of staff and possess sound delegation skills. Excellent written and spoken communication skills, as well as being computer literate.
