They now have an exciting opportunity for a Residential Property lawyer , within their North Lynn office and applications are invited from suitably experienced lawyers. The team at this office comprises of a Director, 1 trainee legal executive, 3 legal executives, 2 solicitors and 5 secretaries. The position would suit a lawyer PQE of 2 - 4 years. There is a current case load and an up to date knowledge of sales and purchases of both freehold and leasehold land and all related issues, together with matters relating to mortgages and transfers of equity, is required.
