Software Tester Are you looking for a new challenge, something to really get your teeth into? If so, we are looking for a Software Tester for a client of ours in Derby, close to the City Centre. They are a successful Software House looking to bring on board their first tester It’s a real chance to shape the direction of the testing team, working closely with developers and support team to deliver high-quality products for their end client. Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 Location: Derby If successful, you’ll be responsible for setting up, maintaining and running tests across their product range. The majority of the testing is manual, but there is some opportunity to do some automation testing, or even play a key role in moving their products into that direction. Testing Weekly build release cycles, process testing New development testing Client process testing Responsibilities Creating and maintaining test plans Running/monitoring weekly test plans Reports of test issues back to the development team Knowledge/Experience SQL Server .NET Agile ISTQB Certified Manual Testing The company can offer a generous salary, alongside the potential of a yearly bonus.
