Overview
We are looking for first class IT and Communication skills and a confident telephone manner. You will be diplomatic and self-motivated and be able to deal with enquiries and logistics in an efficient and organised manner. The ability to work under pressure and to prioritise your own workload to deadlines and to be proactive, flexible and work both independently and as part of a team is essential. Data entry Use of our pensions administration system to run basic pension calculations Scanning and indexing documents to member records Some basic email work may be required Production and dispatch of contractual documentation for members of the Shared Services partnership Respond to customer enquires, through a range of channels including telephone calls, email and CRM system. To promote the self serve model and help educate our customers to self serve more effectively. Take ownership in resolving queries at first contact and escalating appropriately where necessary. Following our customer contact model, you will provide a friendly, professional and positive experience for our customers whilst understanding the implications of quality and service requirements. Using our corporate systems and procedures to process transactions, you will apply and maintain controls necessary to ensure accurate and timely work according to the agreed service standards. Work with a range of computer systems to maintain, input, check and report on data and information. Systems include Excel, Word and internal systems such as SAP and C4C. Work as part of a team to coach colleagues, to help realise everyone's potential to maintain high standards, meet the business needs and strive to continuously improve our service.
