Overview
Our client, a reputable Housing Association based in Greater Manchester, is currently recruiting for Multi-Skilled Joiners, Plumbers and Plasterers on a temporary to permanent basis. They are offering a competitive hourly rate and annual salary which is negotiable depending upon experience. Duties will include (but not limited to): Joiner Carrying out kitchen replacement works within domestic social housing properties Removal of old kitchen units and appliances First and second fix carpentry to install and secure kitchen units Undertaking basic plumbing associated with the fitting of sinks and taps Finishing works which may include laminate worktop installation, splashback tiling and sealing Plasterer Carrying out Plastering works on planned kitchen and bathroom upgrades, void properties and responsive maintenance on tenanted social housing properties Carrying out plastering and rendering in domestic Social Housing properties Assist other trade operatives on site with planned upgrades Undertake skimming and dotting and dabbing Assist with basic plumbing and basic carpentry such as skirting boards Plumber Carrying out work on Plumbing works on planned kitchen and bathroom upgrades, void properties and responsive maintenance on tenanted social housing properties Replacing and repairing faulty plumbing items which may include taps, cisterns, baths, showers and toilets Complete kitchen fits within 5 days Kitchen and Bathroom rip outs The successful candidate must have: A full, clean UK driving license Own van and tools James Andrews Recruitment Solutions is acting as an employment agency and business in relation to this role.
