Overview
We have been supporting elderly care homes in Westcliff for over 28 years, where our Care Assistants have been making a difference to residents’ lives. You will provide support, companionship and help create great moments and memories; every day will be different. Above all you will have real compassion in order to deliver the highest standard of care. As a Care Assistant your job will be to: Help residents enjoy each day by making sure they get the quality care and support they deserve Have good verbal and written communication skills and be a team player Provide full personal care, when required Support residents with food and drink Carry out light domestic duties Do I need experience? We would prefer 6 months’ experience but if you have squeezed 6 months into 3 come talk to us Mostly you need to have a big heart and the ability to really care about the people you will be supporting.
